Location: Lafayette IN

Additional notes:

Important - Will not accept new grads (this includes masters) need to have design experience with hands on
CREO experience required; handling suppliers- APQP calls- roughly average >5 APQP projects/week- works with suppliers daily;
Engineering team for structural components at CAT
Each team lead in this team has a onsite agency worker
Apart from Creo and other skills listed the candidate must have excellent communication
Master degree does not mean anything for the work director the candidate should have 2-4 years of experience
Teamcenter is not a deal breaker modeling experience holds more value over Teamcenter
Casting and fabrication experience will be of benefit
Creo is a mandate
This is a backfill position and communication with suppler and cross functional teams takes place on daily basis
Candidates will initially be screened on the required skills using the information outlined in the work experience. If there are more candidates meeting the required qualifications than the work director has requested to see candidates will then be put through an additional screening against the differentiating factor.

Bachelors- Engineering preferred- computer science ok masters accepted
