Job Summary
Local CPA firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedReceptionistto serve as the first point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone and a key support partner for our operations role requires strong organizational skills confidentiality and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist withbasic tax preparation and bookkeeping tasks
- Enter data into accounting and tax software
- Scanning client paperwork mailing etc.
- Support the team with scheduling client intake and office organization
- Provide extra support during busy tax season including some overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
