Job Summary
Scope of Work:
Materials & Logistics Oversight
- Organize schedule and track the Southeasts materials tools and equipment.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials and tools to field teams.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage maintenance and availability.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee layout staging and storage for maximum warehouse efficiency.
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and ensure all materials are handledcorrectly.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory systems and reorder processes.
Operational Strategy & Expansion Support
- Design scalable logistics processes and SOPs to support growth into new markets.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in equipment tool and material delivery.
- Partner with procurement and field teams to ensure alignment on supply needs.
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise and coach local warehouse staff across the Southeast
- Plan for and oversee logistics hires in new market locations.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with transportation and warehouse safety protocols.
Education & Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years inventory control management.
- Fiber optic experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook Word and Excel.
- Strong organization skills
- Strong Time Management skills.
- Clean Valid Drivers License.
- Smartsheet experience is a plus.
- Spanish a plus.
- Work outdoors in heat and cold.
- Lift over 60 pounds.
- Operate warehouse and telescopic fork lifts.
- Be available by phone at all times.
