About the role:
The CMDB Process Analyst analyzes existing processes or creates new processes to support asset lifecycle management partners with the CMDB Systems Analyst to develop overall lifecycle management processes and procedures and works closely with asset management system engineers procurement/purchasing and IECO system owners and engineers to support end to end lifecycle management.
What youll be doing:
Asset Management Process

Collaborate with ACE system engineers to develop processes to manage all assets and provide analytical support as needed
-
Collaborate with procurement finance and system owners to develop end-to-end asset lifecycle management steps and processes ensuring assets are properly inventoried updated and disposed of properly
-
Develop documentation related to new or updated processes
-
Develop and deliver training associated with new or updated processes
-
Perform inventory audit processes and support data reconciliation activities
-
Perform software true up reconciliation and audit processes
Reporting
Continual Improvement
-
Identify opportunities to create or improve existing processes related to asset management across PTG
-
Partner with the OC Incident Vendor and Problem management to identify continual improvement opportunities
What well want you to have:

Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Resulted focused with strong organization and planning skills
-
Skilled in negotiation conflict resolution and risk management
-
Experience in process management and improvement
-
Ability to use metrics and analysis to support decision making.
-
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
-
Detail oriented
-
Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is a plus
-
Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
-
Ability to deliver work which meets all minimum standards of quality security and operability.
