Job Title: Head Brand & Communication
Role Overview
The Head Brand & Communications will be responsible for building executing and sustaining a comprehensive Brand and Communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
The role will drive brand growth strengthen market positioning and enhance visibility with the goal of establishing the brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
Develop implement and sustain an integrated Brand & Communications strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Strengthen brand equity and consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Manage and evolve the corporate identity brand architecture and brand governance frameworks.
Marketing Communications & Campaigns
Lead end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns including creative development media planning and execution.
Work closely with advertising creative digital and media agencies - from briefing to evaluation and rollout.
Conceptualize and execute innovative creative routes for new product/service launches. ATL BTL & Market Reach
Drive effective ATL and BTL advertising strategies with hands-on experience across Metro Tier II and Tier III markets in India.
Ensure optimal media mix and ROI across traditional digital and emerging platforms.
Events Activations & Engagement
Oversee event management brand activations and experiential marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute strategic and tactical campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Research & Market Insights
Initiate and manage consumer market and brand research through external research
agencies.
Translate insights into actionable strategies for communication product development
and positioning.
