Required Skills:

Strong hands on experience with Amazon Managed Grafana and or OSS GrafanaProficiency in AWS CloudWatch CloudWatch Metrics CloudWatch Logs CloudWatch Insights and CloudWatch Agent.

Experience with PromQL LogQL or SQL based query languagesGood understanding of AWS Services including EC2 ECS Lambda RDS API Gateway EKS ALB NLB etc

Experience integrating time series databases Prometheus InfluxDB OpenSearch etc with GrafanaStrong understanding of monitoring observability and logging frameworks

Ability to design user friendly dashboards for technical and business stakeholders

Experience with incident management and performance analysis

Role :

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Amazon Managed Grafana CloudWatch time series data and integrating diverse AWS monitoring ecosystems into visual actionable dashboards

Key Responsibilities:

Design configure and maintain AWS Grafana dashboards for real time performance reliability and business metricsIntegrate CloudWatch Prometheus Elasticsearch OpenSearch and other data sources with Amazon Managed Grafana

Implement alerting correlation and visualization best practices across distributed cloud systems

Partner with DevOps SRE Cloud and Application teams to define observability KPIs and SLIs SLOsOptimize dashboard layouts for usability performance and operational efficiency

Develop custom panels scripts and plugins if required to enhance visualization capabilities

Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion query performance and dashboard reliability

Drive adoption of observability standards across teams

Provide guidance on monitoring architecture using AWS native toolsRequired
