Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager
Location: Memphis TN
Pay Rate: $160k plus 15% bonus
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager who can take full ownership of planning forecasting inventory logistics and overall supply chain performance across the North America Aftermarket business. This role reports directly to the North America Managing Director and leads all planning SIOP inventory management customer service and strategic supply chain operations for the region.
You will oversee a team of supply chain professionals and shape a culture built on clarity accountability and execution. This role requires strong leadership presence confident decision-making and an ability to guide teams through uncertainty with steady direction.
1. Supply Chain Strategy and Management
Build and execute supply chain strategies that support company goals and drive operational excellence
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement planning inventory logistics and distribution
Evaluate current supply chain processes and introduce improvements that reduce cost increase reliability and strengthen continuity
2. Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management
Develop strong supplier and vendor relationships to secure consistent cost-effective supply
Negotiate supplier contracts and logistics service agreements with a focus on service cost and performance
Manage supplier performance and escalate quality or delivery issues as needed
3. Inventory and Demand Planning
Lead demand forecasting materials planning and inventory strategy within the SIOP process
Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence
Implement inventory optimization techniques across all product categories
4. Logistics Distribution and 3PL Oversight
Oversee all logistics operations and ensure timely delivery throughout the North America region
Manage 3PL partners with clear KPI expectations SLA metrics scorecards and monthly performance reviews
Hold 3PL providers accountable for on-time delivery cost control inventory accuracy returns handling and service levels
Monitor customs operations and ensure compliance with import and export regulations
5. Team Leadership and Development
Lead coach and mentor a high-performing supply chain team
Set clear goals provide guidance and empower the team through thoughtful delegation and trust
Develop talent through structured feedback real accountability and active support
Serve as a mature cultural leader who can maintain stability and direction in uncertain or fast-changing conditions
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and improve operational KPIs tied to service levels inventory logistics and planning accuracy
Prepare regular performance reports and present trends risks and solutions to leadership
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on measurable results
7. Systems and Technology Oversight
Manage and continuously improve the usage of ERP TMS and SIOP systems
Evaluate reporting tools and recommend enhancements that improve accuracy and visibility
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Engineering or a related field
Ten or more years of experience in supply chain planning forecasting logistics and inventory management
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Automotive Aftermarket experience is required
Required Technical Skills:
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
ACES and PIES knowledge
ERP and SIOP implementation or rollout experience
Deep technical understanding of Automotive Aftermarket products
Key Competencies and Behaviors:
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional and distributed teams
Strong track record managing 3PL partners with specific KPI and SLA discipline
Skilled in managing complex supply chain data and introducing new practices and tools
Excellent negotiation communication and project management skills
