Job Summary

Job Title: Program Manager Enterprise Application Modernization (Agile PMP Multi-Divisional IT Transformation

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience leading multi-divisional technology and business modernization initiatives across multiple teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop maintain and manage comprehensive project plans schedules dependencies and risk registers.
Strong experience communicating effectively with cross-functional teams executive leadership and external partner agencies.
Hands-on experience coordinating application modernization remediation and system replacement efforts.
Experience managing projects that integrate both technical delivery and business process transformation.
Proven experience leading Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) project teams.
Proficiency in project tracking and management tools such as Microsoft Planner Jira MS Project or equivalent platforms.
Minimum of 36 months of experience preparing executive-level status reports briefings and responding to fast-turnaround leadership requests.
Project management certification such as PMP PMI-ACP or a comparable credential.
