Job Summary

Job Title: AI Agent QA Automation Lead (Agentic Tools AI Selenium Plugins Performance Testing API Testing MCP Integration)

Location: Brooklyn NY onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Design comprehensive and high-quality test scenarios to validate AI agent behavior accuracy reliability and performance.
Analyze Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to derive test requirements and ensure full functional regression and edge-case coverage.
Execute performance and scalability testing for AI-driven systems to identify bottlenecks and validate system resilience under load.
Leverage agentic development and automation tools such as Windsurf Claude Code and Cursor to support advanced testing and automation workflows.
Implement and utilize AI-enabled Selenium plugins including Healenium for self-healing test automation and Applitools Eyes for intelligent visual validation.
Integrate QA automation frameworks with the Master Control Program (MCP) to enable centralized orchestration execution and reporting of test activities.
Validate system integrations by testing RESTful and SOAP APIs to ensure reliable data exchange and end-to-end system interoperability.
Analyze complex business and process workflows to understand operational dependencies and identify testing gaps and risk areas.
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance the QA lifecycle and business processes through AI-driven automation.
Automate data-intensive validation and reporting tasks using advanced Excel automation techniques.
