Summary:
-
Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
-
Support proposal schedule development SOW reviews and BOE development
-
Identify and communicate contractual impacts schedule risks and critical events
-
Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule development and analysis
-
Provide risk and opportunity analysis input to Program Management
-
Support EVM processes and reporting
-
Prepare schedule status reports metrics and presentations
-
Collaborate with IPTs and cross-functional teams
-
Perform additional planning and scheduling responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:

Clearance: Ability to obtain (no action required to start)

Experience with Critical Path Methodology
-
Experience with schedule control processes proposal development and internal/external audits
-
Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
-
Experience using Deltek Open Plan scheduling tool
-
Experience supporting Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
-
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
-
Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
-
Experience using Milestones Professional software
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Experience working independently across technical teams with the ability to develop a working understanding of technical products
-
Experience supporting Capture Research & Development and Production scheduling
-
Understanding of scheduling dependencies across multiple functional organizations
-
Additional experience supporting Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
