WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role within the Global Consulting organization focusing on data analytics business reporting and executive support. The positionis responsible fordriving operational analytics monthly business reporting supporting Consulting organization and more.
It alsoinvolves close collaboration and partnership with the Senior Leadership Team Finance Business Partner Head of Business Operations & Strategy Commercial and many others.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Leadingdata analytics and reporting forutilization forward loading capacity planning and operational KPIs to drive business performance.
PartneringwithSeniorLeadership Team to support business management.
Deliveringaccurateandtimelybusiness reporting including monthly and quarterly dashboards for executive stakeholders.
Identifyingandimplementingprocess improvements using data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Developingandmaintaininganalytics tools and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) to visualize trends and enable informed decision-making.
WHAT WE VALUE
Your high-quality communicationcoordinationand interpersonal skills will enable you to direct all activities to planned outcomes. As our preferred candidate you will have:
5 years of relevant experience preferably in finance business performance or a technology-enabled environment.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language) with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong technicalproficiencyin tools such asPowerBI MS Fabric MS Power Automate Python SQL VBA macros excel and data modeling
Proven ability to work autonomously manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept to execution
Comfortable communicating complex ideas in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A naturally curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Collaborative and adaptable with a willingness to grow and support others in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Degree in Finance Economics Business Engineering or a related analytical or technical field is preferred
