Why this role matters:
You will provide critical hands-on IT support for our global manufacturing sites ensuring operational continuity and team productivity.
As the primary on-site IT presence for our new and growing manufacturing facilities you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of all local IT systemsfrom office workstations and meeting rooms to the crucial network and computing infrastructure on the manufacturing floor. You will be an experienced IT engineer capable of independently handling a wide variety of technical challenges.
As a key member of the global IT team you will blend dedicated local support with broader operational responsibilities contributing to the resolution of IT issues for our worldwide staff via our central IT Service Desk.

Requirements
- Rapid on-site IT support
Own and resolve local IT issues across hardware operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) printers and meeting room systems to ensure smooth daily operations. - Maintain manufacturing uptime
Proactively support and troubleshoot manufacturing IT systems including Linux-based machines and local network infrastructure to minimize downtime. - Contribute to global IT operations
Manage and resolve a share of global IT requests via Jira Service Management supporting wider team objectives. - Access management and documentation
Handle local user access and permissions (Okta) and maintain clear documentation for site IT procedures configurations and issue resolution.
Must haves:
- Hands-on experience in IT support field engineering or systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows macOS and Linux
- Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS DHCP switching) and connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience supporting office IT equipment collaboration tools (Google Workspace or M365) IAM platforms (Okta preferred) and working with Jira Service Management
Nice to haves:
Experience with endpoint management tools (Workspace One Jamf)
Familiarity with enterprise networking environments (Palo Alto Cisco Juniper)
Experience supporting manufacturing or operational IT environmentsCompetences

Base salary range for this position is contingent on your experience and will be negotiated individually.
