Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide a professional partnership from Human Resources to employees and management to ensure strategic HR alignment. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating a variety of human resource functions in the areas of employee relations training and employee development recruiting/staffing performance management policy and procedure interpretation and implementation compensation and legal compliance. Other duties include consulting with employees and managers on HR-related needs throughout the employee life-cycle and data analysis. This position may supervise others as needed.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail accuracy and follow-through particularly in areas impacting payroll benefits and employee records. The ideal candidate is collaborative service-oriented and values building strong working relationships across departments to ensure employees are supported with care consistency and trust.
Pay Rate
The monthly range is from $7365.17 to $8720.86 depending on experience plus partial benefits.
