Job Summary

6 month W2 contract position

Can be 100% remote

$50 - $60/hr depending on experience

1. Task & Project Management

Maintain the Tech Ops & Shopify Ops Setup Asana boards including prioritization assignment and closure of all open technical operations tasks and requests.
Conduct a Daily Order Audit reviewing transaction processing across all connected systems to ensure accuracy integrity and timely resolution of issues. (Shopify Amazon TikTok)

2. eCommerce & Marketplace Management

Manage Shopify product listings and TikTok Shop listings

Includes order import inventory sync and fulfillment tracking

Oversee Mobility eCommerce Portal settings and mappings.
Maintain product mapping across all relevant systems.
Troubleshoot international shipping rate issues (Passport)

3. ERP Inventory & Fulfillment Systems

Administer ERP systems (Fulfil / NetSuite) including:

Inventory synchronization
Finished Goods SKU updates (including handling obsolete SKUs)
NetSuite mappings and automation rules
ShipBob automation rules & fulfillment

Create/maintain KIT/Bundle configurations.

4. Automation & Marketing Operations

Build marketing segmentation flows in the appropriate system (Shopify Netsuite or Shipbob)
Manage Shopify/NetSuite Flows including:

Order and customer tagging
Free gift logic
Order fraud & payment capture flows
Promotional and operational automations
