Description

Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for plan organize direct and control the maintenance activities of the industrial plant (productive and non-productive processes buildings services etc.) ensuring the availability reliability and safety of equipment facilities and production systems. Management is focused on guaranteeing operational continuity and meeting production quality safety and cost objectives through the implementation of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance strategies the efficient use of resources the development of the technical team and continuous improvement of the areas processes.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in mechanical electrical industrial engineering or a related field
10 years of experience in the maintenance area within the manufacturing industry
5 years of experience in a similar position
Advanced English (mandatory)
Valid visa (mandatory)
Availability to work flexible hours

Knowledge:

Preventive predictive and corrective maintenance
Electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and control systems
Maintenance of equipment compressors substations buildings etc.
PLCs and drives
Maintenance operations planning
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience with MPS or similar maintenance management software
Document management and process-oriented approach (ISO 9001:2015)
