Key Responsibilities
- The GIS Financial Analyst is responsible for managing financial processes and controls within the Global Information Services (GIS) organization.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to quarter end close forecast support balance sheet review and ad-hoc projects and analysis.
- Business Partnering: The GIS analyst will work closely with the business unit finance team to manage deliverables. This role will also interact regularly with the GIS executive team and will require clear and concise messaging of complicated financial topics.
- Capital Management: Manage the CIP progress including working with operations to understand capital spend timelines and capitalization. Initiate and monitor prepaid assets. Manage the annual physical inventory process.
- Responsible for the review and approval all purchase requisitions CAR forms and Fieldglass contingent worker requests for the GIS organization
- Monitor the spending for large vendor accounts to ensure alignment with expectations and proper accounting.
- Prepare and process journal entries as needed ensuring accuracy completeness and adherence to internal controls.
- Responsible for ensuring organizational changes are properly reflected in the master data.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when needed.
- Support internal and external audits including SOX compliance activities by preparing documentation responding to inquiries and maintaining strong control discipline.
- Push forward initiatives related to the Center of Excellence to drive standardization and further CoE model.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
