Staff AI/ML Engineer
Building Next-Gen Healthcare AI

What Youll Do
- Build end-to-end AI solutions using foundation models (OpenAI Gemini) with RAG agents and multi-call orchestration
- Develop ML pipelines for experimentation fine-tuning and production deployment at scale
- Drive architecture decisions and technical direction across AI/ML systems
- Mentor engineers and data scientists across the organization
- Turn complex healthcare data into intelligent workflows and personalized care experiences
What Youll Need
- 6 years of experience as a full-stack SWE with a strong back-end lean or as an ML Engineer with experience building AI/ML products end-to-end
- Have built AI applications with foundation models and orchestration (RAG agents LLMs vector search)
- Experience in at least one of the following AI product areas: Chatbots Recommendation Engines or other GenAI applications
- Python fluency plus backend skills in Go Java or similar

- Comfortable working autonomously with little direction/support
