As a Product Manager in the Card Data team you lead the strategy and execution of data products that empower our business and customers. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions foster a culture of innovation and drive measurable business outcomes
Job responsibilities
- Defines product roadmap vision development execution and risk management communicating intended business outcomes
- Partners with data owners engineering data science and business stakeholders to deliver scalable compliant data product solutions
- Analyzes data extracts actionable insights and connects findings to business strategy emphasizing data quality and centralized management
- Translates business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams
- Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Leads modernization initiatives including migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Develops strong partnerships with stakeholders communicating product updates progress and strategy
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Eight years of experience delivering products projects or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle technical design and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical knowledge of data engineering data pipelines data modeling and data architecture
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Recognized thought leader within a related field
- Highly proficient in data querying with languages such as Python R Perl SQL
- Familiarity with data environments such as AWS S3 Snowflake and Data Bricks
- Experience in product development
