About the Role:

The Solutions Consultant is a strategic partner to the Sales team focused on designing and deliveringintegrated media intelligence solutions that address complex customer challenges.

Siting at the intersection of sales strategy product expertise and executive storytelling this role accelerates win rates and grows deal sizes by translating customer pain points into platform-level solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will partner with Account Executives to co-lead deeper technical and business discovery sessions.

  • You will design and build tailored story-driven product demonstrations that map customer pain points to business outcomes.

  • You will provide technical validation and expertise for multi-product high-value and complex deals.

  • You will contribute technical feasibility and pricing implications to proposals and RFP responses.

  • You will provide final product fit reassurance to prospects during late-stage negotiations.

  • You will manage the handover process to Customer Success teams to ensure the value sold is realized by the customer.

  • You will contribute to the creation of internal materials including demo scripts playbooks and competitive battlecards.

  • You will maintain expert-level working competency across the full Onclusive product suite including media monitoring social listening and measurement solutions.

Who you are:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English; any additional language is a plus.

  • You will have extensive experience in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role within the SaaS or media intelligence industry.

  • Your ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value is essential.

  • You are a seasoned presenter with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.

  • You have a deep understanding of the PR communications and marketing technology landscape.

  • Your passion for problem-solving and consultative selling is a must.

  • You will have a proven track record of supporting large-scale enterprise deals.

  • You are a collaborative team player who can work effectively across regional and functional boundaries.

  • You will have experience working with CRM systems specifically Salesforce to track and measure pre-sales impact.
