Job Summary

Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team. The objective of the Sales consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazons suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazons global marketplaces. You will analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplaces.
Your superior communication organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products value proposition.
- Identify recruit and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazons partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
- Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders

Key job responsibilities
1. Seller Acquisition & Recruitment

Develop and execute strategies to identify attract and onboard high-quality CN sellers to the Amazon marketplaces in the MENA region ( and ).

Build a robust pipeline of prospective sellers through outreach networking and partnership initiatives.

2. Seller Launch & Onboarding Support (Cold Start)

Provide dedicated hands-on support to new sellers during their critical launch phase to ensure a successful cold start on the platform.

Guide sellers through account setup catalog creation and the implementation of best practices for listing pricing and fulfillment.

3. Seller Growth & Performance Management

Proactively identify and remove blockers (logistical operational knowledge-based) that hinder seller growth and performance.

Analyze seller metrics and data to provide tailored advice and interventions that accelerate sales velocity and account health on and .

Empower sellers to scale their businesses by educating them on MENA-specific customer preferences promotional tools and inventory management.

4. Relationship & Account Management

Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with a portfolio of Chinese sellers.

Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for sellers ensuring a positive experience with Amazon MENA platforms.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 3 years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent experience

- 2 years of inside sales experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutions-focused approach or equivalent
