Job Summary
Making failure analysis plan for RMA product performing and following analysis progress
Define the failure root cause and corrective action writing FA report and cross training build FA lessons learned database
Handle customer complaint investigation and reporting
RMA data collection and weekly report for RMA status reduce RMA TPT and DPPM
Closely work with R&D for technical discussion to close RMA timely
Work with sales and FAE for technical communication with customer
Work with PE and QA closely for customer quality issue solving
Hold meeting for RMA finding discussion and drive to final closure
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor or above degree in engineering or science.
Education in the field of Reliability Engineering is prefer.
Min. 5 years working experience in lab or manufacturing environment.
Familiar with semiconductor process and high-end packaging process.
Having mechanics and thermodynamics knowledge is prefer.
Understand quality solutions Minitab or other reliability and statistical analysis software or tool.
Have work experience on product failure analysis.
Fluent English speaking and excellent English writing and reading skill.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This position requires the person with good engineering common sense high initiative and result-oriented good communication skills and team working spirit.
Strong communication and analytical skills including the ability to develop general concepts into an actionable plan and have the ability to present the results to senior management
