Work Schedule: Position requires up to 2 hours each on Saturdays and Sundays. During the semester additional hours up to maximum of 20 may be worked on weekdays between 8am-5pm.

Pay Rate: $10.00
Key Components:
The primary duty of the position is to assist the Collections Manager and the Living Collections Specialist in maintaining the health and welfare of the Mayborn Museums Living Collection by providing weekend care for the Living Collections (primarily amphibians reptiles and insects) including food preparation feeding watering and cleaning of habitats and animal care facilities.
The person accepting this position will also be provided with the opportunity if desired to work in the museums Collections during the Monday through Friday work week. The primary duty of this position is to assist the Collections Staff with the care and preservation of the museums collections. Examples of job duties includes conducting inventories digitizing museum records assisting with housekeeping and integrated pest management and cataloging and cleaning objects.
