Responsibilities Include:
Manage and oversee an in-office customer service team
Lead and support a team of offshore customer service representatives
Drive performance accountability and service quality
Coach motivate and develop team members
Establish and maintain high customer service standards
Oversee daily operations and workflow within the department
Resolve escalated issues and ensure excellent client or patient experience
Monitor team performance and implement improvements
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service management
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Experience managing distributed or offshore teams
Hands-on solutions-oriented management style
Strong communication and coaching abilities
Organized and process-driven
Experience in healthcare or service-driven environments is a plus
Salary: $80k - $120k/Year
