Job Summary

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee a small in-office team alongside a team of offshore representatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance accountability and a consistently high level of service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and oversee an in-office customer service team

  • Lead and support a team of offshore customer service representatives

  • Drive performance accountability and service quality

  • Coach motivate and develop team members

  • Establish and maintain high customer service standards

  • Oversee daily operations and workflow within the department

  • Resolve escalated issues and ensure excellent client or patient experience

  • Monitor team performance and implement improvements

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service management

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills

  • Experience managing distributed or offshore teams

  • Hands-on solutions-oriented management style

  • Strong communication and coaching abilities

  • Organized and process-driven

  • Experience in healthcare or service-driven environments is a plus

Salary: $80k - $120k/Year
