What Makes This Role Great:

In this role youll be at the heart of Trimbles digital transformation directly spearheading the establishment of our Data Management Office (TDMO). You wont just be managing a process; you will be architecting the frameworks councils and standards that define how a global technology leader utilizes its most valuable resourcedata.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Architect the TDMO: Lead the establishment and ongoing operation of the Trimble Data Management Office from charter definition to high-impact stakeholder communication.

• Empower the Data Council: Build and manage the Data Governance Council identifying key stewards and providing the training needed to champion data excellence.

• Master the Metadata: Oversee high-stakes metadata initiatives including customer data cleanup and the migration of complex systems into a unified data ecosystem.

• Launch the Data Catalog: Drive the implementation of a comprehensive data catalog documenting lineage and definitions to make data accessible and actionable.

• Guardian of Data Integrity: Develop data quality scorecards and enforce lifecycle controls to ensure our data is secure classified and compliant.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Professional Experience: 3 years of demonstrable experience in Project Management Program Coordination or Business Analysis ideally within a technical or data-heavy environment.

• Data Expertise: Strong understanding of metadata management principles and data lifecycle management including access controls and retention policies.

• Strategic Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to complex data ecosystems.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT Computer Science Data Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
