We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and multi-department call routing using the Five9 telephone system. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and proficiency with administrative and electronic filing tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming calls using the Five9 phone system across multiple departments

Greet customers and visitors at the point of entry in a professional manner

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts

Scan documents to PDF format and manage electronic filing

Organize index and prepare physical files and boxes for scanning

Open sort and distribute daily mail

Perform general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
