Bachelors degree in agricultural financebusinessor commerce
Minimum12 years of experience in senior leadership roles(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proven leadership qualities and the ability to partner and work cross-divisionally at a senior leadership level
Extensive financial and agricultural industry knowledge
In-depth understanding of lending practices theories and trends supplemented by knowledge of marketing salescreditand risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Western Canadian agriculture market dynamics including regional crop/livestock sectors and supplychains
Demonstrated success leading transformation or scaling operations in a complex environment
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
