Planned Maintenance Tech

• Perform Routine Inspections
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery equipment and facility systems to identify wear potential failures and maintenance needs.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance Tasks
  • Complete lubrication cleaning adjustments part replacements and minor repairs on mechanical electrical and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot Equipment Issues
  • Diagnose mechanical electrical and control-related malfunctions; provide recommendations and carry out corrective actions.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation
  • Record maintenance activities parts used time spent findings and future recommendations in the maintenance management system.
• Ensure Safety Compliance
  • Follow all safety procedures lockout/tagout requirements and workplace safety standards to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to Work Orders
  • Address urgent maintenance requests and support production needs to reduce equipment downtime and maintain operational continuity.

• Experience: Minimum of3 years of experiencein an industrial or manufacturing environment working with machine tools controls or automated equipment. Technical Aptitude: Working knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems; familiarity with industrial equipment preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess issues diagnose root causes and recommend effective solutions.
• Documentation Skills: Competent in maintaining logs completing work orders and creating clear maintenance reports.
• Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent future failures.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate findings needs and updates with maintenance team members and other departments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to50 poundsand perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work.
