Job Description
- Med device and clean room experience
- Mechanical systems experience
- Trouble shooting and working with engineering
- PLC maintenance experience nice to have system controls experience general knowledge and understanding highly of PLC preferred
- Semiconductor experience optics manufacturing experience equivalent to
Technician II Line Maintenance

WHAT YOU LL DO
- Perform preventative scheduled and unscheduled maintenance safety checks repairs installations and modifications on production equipment.
- Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures using CMMS.
- Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines
- Knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment
- Knowledge of and experience in using small tools micrometers calipers gauge pins multimeters etc.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written procedures
- Ability to read and understand drawings and electrical pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
- Knowledge of personal computer operations and skill in using software packages including Microsoft Office
- Ability to respond to and answer/solve technical questions and problems
- Tear down inspect and rebuild production equipment
- Ability to diagnose PLC problems and take the appropriate corrective action to repair
- Requisition needed items for inventory spare parts and emergency repairs
- Support 5S
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU LL BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two-year technical vocational training and/or military experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines
