Samsung Electronics America Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program. This exciting opportunity offers a paid 10-week experience for selected senior or recently graduated students. The program will run from June 1 to August 7.

Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates possess U.S. work authorization and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule. Additionally participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis so early submission is encouraged. The application window is open until March 15 2026; however it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. Applications submitted after the application window or once a role is closed/projects are full will not be considered.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Intern to join our team in Santa Ana CA. As an intern you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing supply chain operations analyzing data and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Support inventory management processes including forecasting procurement and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance metrics and key insights.
  • Assist in the evaluation of suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to streamline supply chain operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in Supply Chain Management Logistics Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as procurement inventory management and logistics.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Industry knowledge of supply chain management practices and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus.

The hourly rate for this role is $39. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and comparison to other employees in the role.
