Location: The Learning Experience Hudson Yards NY
Pay: $25$27 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Openings: 1
- Lead a 3K classroom in a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment
- Implement daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support early literacy math social skills creativity and problem-solving
- Maintain consistent routines including learning centers meals transitions and rest time
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers to ensure classroom quality and consistency
- Observe document and support childrens developmental progress
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication
- Maintain compliance with New York City Department of Health licensing requirements and center policies
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education preferred or
- CDA credential or
- High school diploma with 5 or more years of classroom experience
- Experience leading a preschool or 3K classroom
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to meet all NYC childcare licensing and background requirements
