We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Lead Generation & Outbound Calling Agent to help us identify contact and qualify potential clients. This role focuses on outbound calls follow-ups and initial qualification to generate high-quality sales opportunities for our sales team.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys talking to people is persistent organized and comfortable working with targets and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (needs budget timeline decision-maker)
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Follow up via phone email WhatsApp or LinkedIn as needed
Accurately log all interactions and updates in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and results

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Previous experience in outbound sales cold calling or lead generation (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable handling objections and rejection
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Self-motivated disciplined and goal-oriented
Nice to Have
Experience selling high ticket services (real estate finance digital services ect..)
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Experience working with US-based clients
