Bevatel is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across our core product teams including Account Management Voice and Business Chat.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple departments and ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor performance SLAs and operational KPIs to maintain high service quality.
Drive process optimization efficiency and scalability.
Lead mentor and manage cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with Product Tech Sales and Support teams.
Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
3 years of experience in Operations Management (SaaS Telecom or Tech preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Solid understanding of service operations and performance management.
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple teams or functions.
