Job Summary
CZAR Fragrances is looking for a strategic and highly organized Head of Retail Wholesale & Distribution to oversee our complete supply chain and sales network. This role is critical in ensuring our luxury products reach our customers and partners efficiently while maintaining the highest brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations: Lead and optimize the performance of all physical retail branches.
Wholesale Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party retailers and global wholesale partners.
Distribution Oversight: Manage the end-to-end logistics and distribution process to ensure timely stock delivery across all channels.
Strategic Growth: Identify and secure new distribution opportunities such as local and global online and offline cosmetics department stores and retail locations to expand the CZAR footprint.
Requirements
Experience: Extensive experience in retail management and wholesale distribution specifically within the luxury perfume or beauty industry.
Sales Growth: A proven track record of scaling distribution networks and increasing overall market share.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is a must for effective team leadership and high-level local negotiations. English is also required to manage international systems and coordinate with non-Arabic colleagues and global partners.
Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of inventory management logistics and supply chain software.
Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage diverse teams across retail warehouse and distribution sectors.
