Our client is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to join our dynamic this role you will provide technical and strategic expertise throughout the sales process ensuring our solutions align with client needs and deliver exceptional value. As a key liaison between clients and technical teams you will design tailored proposals lead demonstrations and support the sales team in securing new business. This position is instrumental in establishing our organization as a trusted technology advisor within the sports and entertainment sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to assess client requirements and create customized IT solutions. Develop detailed technical proposals RFP responses and supporting documentation.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with strategic objectives and organizational capabilities.
- Work closely with product development engineering and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and provide client-driven insights to enhance offerings.
- Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to advise on innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Assist in pricing strategies cost estimation and risk assessment. Participate in client negotiations and meetings as the technical subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Min 7-10 years in a pre-sales solution consulting or technical sales role within IT solutions and services.
- Demonstrated success in designing and presenting complex technology solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems cloud platforms cybersecurity and integration technologies.
- Experience in the sports and entertainment technology sector is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- A Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g. ITIL PMP AWS Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in solution architecture system integration and IT infrastructure design.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation proposals and diagrams.
- Experience with CRM tools and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
