Intern Contracts

Join our team as a Trade Compliance Intern and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of international business law and global governance.

As an intern you will support the Trade Compliance Program contributing to governance activities that ensure adherence to laws and regulations impacting international trade.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in international affairs and legalrelated topics while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of compliance clauses in contracts and agreements
Support the team in reviewing compliance issues
Engage in communication with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for compliance program execution

You Must Have

• Finalyear Bachelors or Masters studentsor graduates within one year in International Relations/Affairs Law Political Science or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

We Value

Previous internship experience in a legal or procurement environment is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
