Overview
We are seeking an IT Facilitator to support technology adoption training and daytoday user assistance across the firm. This role is highly interactive and handson with a strong emphasis on inperson engagement at the Virginia Beach Town Center office and weekly travel to the Chesapeake and Suffolk locations. The ideal candidate excels at guiding users of all technical levels resolving issues in real time and helping drive successful use of the firms technology platforms. By enhancing user experience and enabling productivity the IT Facilitator supports the firms operational excellence within a fastpaced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver inperson training sessions for attorneys and staff on firm technology applications and workflows
- Provide oneonone technical assistance to users facing software or hardware challenges
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues during live meetings conference room setups and daily operations
- Travel weekly to Chesapeake and Suffolk offices to provide onsite IT support
- Act as a primary point of contact for technologyrelated inquiries and training needs
- Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for improved processes tools and user efficiency
Qualifications
Required
- Demonstrated experience providing inperson technology training and enduser support ideally within a legal or professional services setting
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office NetDocuments and Carpe Diem (experience with PerfectLaw integration is a plus)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively in realtime scenarios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical users
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel weekly to Chesapeake and Suffolk offices (mileage reimbursement provided)
