New Life Community Church is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative & Support Team Member to assist with daily administrative operations and member communications. This role is essential in supporting church staff ministry leaders and community members by ensuring smooth scheduling timely responses and organized records.
The ideal candidate is organized respectful service-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment while maintaining professionalism confidentiality and compassion in all interactions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
Previous experience in administrative support customer service or virtual assistance preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with diverse individuals
Basic computer skills (email chat platforms calendars document tools)
Ability to manage schedules appointments and follow-ups accurately
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
