As a Sales Executive you will drive business growth by connecting UK-based startups and tech companies with high-performing offshore staffing solutions. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and discovery to final negotiations while building strategic partnerships with HR leaders and founders to scale their global teams.

What you will do:

• Proactively acquire new UK clients including tech startups and enterprise businesses needing recruitment services.

• Execute the full sales cycle including lead generation proposal development and contract negotiation.

• Represent the brand at major industry events to build relationships with HR and talent leaders.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of business development experience specifically within a recruitment or staffing agency.

• Proven track record of closing sales for recruitment solutions such as RPO contingency or offshore staffing.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and founders.
