The Fintech Project Manager drives the successful execution ofFintech projects partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver results. Reporting to the Fintech Director of Strategy & Operations this hands-on role blends project management with strategic supportoverseeing project plans tracking progress managing risks and preparing high-impact materials for leadership decision-making. While not responsible forsettingstrategy the Project Managers strong coordination and analytical skills enable effective data-driven decisions and keep key programs moving forward.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Fintech projects managing scope milestones risks dependencies and budgets.
- Own Fintech OKR and portfolio processes coordinating inputs priorities capacity and progress tracking.
- Translate strategy into execution creating clear plans roadmaps and tracking mechanisms for key initiatives.
- Analyse delivery operational and financial data to surface trends risks and insights that inform leadership decisions.
- Prepare concise status updates dashboards and leadership materials for forums planning cycles and reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders ensuring requirements are captured communicated and reflected in plans.
- Continuously improve project and portfolio management standards templates and ways of working across Fintech.

- Solid understanding of project management practices withinFintech or regulated technology environments
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks prioritisation methods and structured decision-making approaches
- Proficiency with Jira Confluence Slack Miro and standard reporting and planning tools
- Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting strategic or operational planning activities through analysis coordination or documentation
- Exposure to regulated ormatrixedorganisationalenvironments preferred
