Built on a legacy of quality and innovation we are seeking a Creative Producer Intern to join our team and support our continued growth. This position reports to the Creative Producer and will work in our Irvine California office.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing creative production of a campaign shoot from concept pre-production and through completion at the point of post-production handoff to creative team.
• Project will take place over the 12-week internship period and include budget planning and management including timeline management and leadership of stakeholder communication.
• Management of all planning and on-site production elements including communication with talent (if applicable) and cross-functional teams.
• Project output will support continued production process improvement.

General Responsibilities

• Participation in-cross functional planning meetings
• On-site participation in various creative production shoot(s)
• Assisting creative producer with concept development and creative productions execution

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualification and experiences:

• Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
• Coursework related to the internship role Marketing Art Digital Design
• Able to effectively work across multiple projects and complex timelines concurrently
• Self-motivated

To be successful in this role we believe that you possess the following skills competencies & characteristics:

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in tools or software relevant to the role (e.g. Microsoft Office Asana Figma and/or other project management platforms etc.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication teamwork problem-solving and adaptability
