Job Summary
Colicci is a family-run hospitality brand proudly serving Londons iconic green spaces with exceptional coffee fresh ingredients and high-quality café dining. Our production kitchen is at the heart of our operation supplying our cafés with fresh handcrafted food every day.
Were looking for a hardworking and reliable Delivery Driver and Production Kitchen Assistant to drive our van to deliver our delicious products to our sites and support our kitchen team with food preparation organisation and maintaining the highest hygiene standards. If youre passionate about great food working as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Driving our van - To deliver our fresh products to our locations around London 2 days a week (sometimes more when covering holiday
- Assisting with food preparation supporting chefs in making fresh high-quality products up to 3 days a week
- Following recipes & portioning ingredients ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Maintaining kitchen organisation keeping a clean efficient and well-stocked workspace.
- Assisting with stock control supporting stock checks ordering deliveries and waste reduction.
- Following food safety & hygiene standards keeping a safe and compliant kitchen at all times.
- Working as part of a team supporting colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

What Were Looking For:
- Must have a valid UK MANUAL driving licence - this is a requirement of the role
- Hardworking & reliable team player with experience in a kitchen or food production environment (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for fresh food excited to be part of a kitchen that delivers quality ingredients and products.
- An organised & detail-oriented worker able to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
- A fast-paced operator able to work efficiently under pressure.
- A flexible & adaptable attitude happy to work weekends and peak periods like school holidays.
