YOUR IMPACT
We seek a Partner & Alliance Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This individual will be the operational backbone for the Alliances Team directly supporting Partner Managers and acting as the key liaison to the Sales Professional Services and Marketing departments regarding partner-influenced and partner-sourced deal processes.
In this specialized role you will be critical in designing implementing and executing business processes workflows and forecasting cadences that govern our partner ecosystem. You will be instrumental in monitoring compliance driving partner performance measurement and ensuring the operational efficiency of our channel strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen a passion for operations and scalability and the ability to deliver data driven improvements in a fast paced environment. A successful individual must be customer focused business savvy resourceful and capable of dealing with ambiguity while operating at scale.
- Partner Operations Business Partnership: Act as the dedicated operational business partner to the Alliances leadership providing strategic oversight on all matters related to the partner business lifecycle.
- Channel Process Ownership: Design implement and continuously improve core partner programs and processes including Partner Registration deal conflict resolution referrals compliance and partnersales handoff models.
- Partner Performance Management: Implement and manage the operational cadences for tracking partner performance including QBRs and internal reviews.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Drive the joint pipeline review and forecasting process providing channel pipeline analysis insights and recommendations.
- Data Integrity & Systems: Serve as the business owner for partner-related systems and data including Salesforce Partner Portal and other integrated tools defining standards enforcing data quality and partnering with RevOps and Systems teams on enhancements.
- Documentation & Enablement: Own and maintain the Alliances playbook and process documentation ensuring all Partner Managers and sales teams are aligned on engagement and handover protocols.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain specialized dashboards and ad-hoc reports to measure the health performance and ROI of the entire partner ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong relationships with various departments (Sales Finance Marketing) to ensure smooth operations and clear communication regarding partner initiatives and system requirements.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree or global equivalent experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or a specialized Partner/Channel Operations role.
- Experience supporting a Partner Channel or Alliances team as a dedicated business partner or in a related operational function.
- Clear communicator with excellent written verbal and listening skills.
- Ability to build relationships effectively across global teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proactive and willing to investigate complex operational issues with little direction (high comfort with ambiguity).
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components and communicate solutions clearly.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a confidence in advocating for best practices specific to the partner lifecycle.
