Body Man / Collision Repair Technician
McGraw Ford Body Shop Corpus Christi TX
McGraw Fords Body Shop is expanding and were looking for a skilled Body Man who takes pride in quality repairs and doing the job right the first time. If you know collision repair work efficiently and care about craftsmanship we want to talk to you.
What Youll Do
Perform structural and non-structural body repairs
Repair replace and align damaged body panels
Metal work straightening welding and fitting panels
Work closely with estimators and painters to ensure repair accuracy
Follow OEM and I-CAR repair procedures
Maintain clean safe and organized work areas
Deliver high-quality repairs that meet McGraw Ford standards
What Were Looking For
Proven body repair experience (dealership or high-volume shop preferred)
Ability to read and execute repair plans accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable punctual and team-oriented
I-CAR certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Own tools preferred
