Youll Do
- Own the Guest Experience from open to close
- Lead by example on the floor during peak hours
- Coach teams to deliver warm consistent hospitality
- Uphold our standards for clean scratch-driven food and presentation
- Resolve guest issues with confidence and professionalism
- Manage scheduling labor and daily operations
What Were Looking For
- Restaurant management experience (AGM or GM level preferred)
- Strong floor presence and leadership skills
- Hospitality-first mindset with high standards
- Appreciation for quality thoughtfully prepared food
