Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Insurance & Payroll Specialist with home care experience to manage billing processes insurance verification claims payroll compliance and renewal. This role is vital to ensuring accurate reimbursement timely payroll and smooth financial operations. We use WellSky and ADP for scheduling and HR.

Key Responsibilities

Process home care billing for private pay long-term care insurance Medicaid VA and other payer sources
Submit track and resolve insurance claims and denials
Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations
Manage caregiver payroll including timecards overtime PTO and payroll audits
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Maintain accurate records in billing payroll and scheduling systems
Communicate with insurance companies caregivers and internal staff
Assist with month-end reporting and audits

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
