Overview
Support Operations Manager by coordinating and assisting in parking operations for the Akers Mill and the Marietta Square areas.
Shift
Weekdays and weekends 12:00 PM 8:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Location Manager to ensure seamless service and positive customer experience.
- Be the face of Akers Mill and Marietta Square Parking developing working relationships with key stakeholders i.e. client businesses theatres restaurants City County etc.
- Maintain and manage an event schedule by monitoring local business & city websites and other social media platforms that promote events or activities around Akers Mill and Marietta Square.
- Ensure Event lots are clean and free of debris following an event.
- Provide/Assist with all enforcement of parking inventory.
- Provide/Assist with all equipment maintenance.
- Promote a team environment that delivers quality service to all internal & external customers in a manner that represents Cornerstone professionally.
- Work with PARIS/Validations coordinator to administer and develop monthly and validation programs for Atlanta locations.
- Ensure timely collections and deposits for all revenue classifications.
- Complete the ROC (Revenue & Occupancy Consolidation) each business day.
- Maintain and administer vendor relationships with landscaping towing equipment et al.
- Create budgets and staffing schedules in collaboration with Leadership for each Event.
- Interview and train new staff members.
- Practice hands-on leadership coaching through MBWA (Management by Walking Around) lead by example and Servant Leadership.

Requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule: Able to work nights weekends and Holidays as required by each Event
- High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education degree strongly preferred
- Attention to detail organizational problem solving and critical thinking skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and business sense
- Previous customer service/client relationship experience a plus
- Is dependable on time and can adapt to a changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office email and social media
- Physical Demands
- Able to sit stand stoop move up/down stairs walk as needed
- Ability to work outside in diverse weather condition as needed
- Able to sit for extended periods of times to complete administrative duties as needed
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion as needed
