Were looking for a New Business Manager someone who has been in the field for 2 years who will become strong part of our Team. This person will manage all inbound leads from first contact to proposal submission. Coordinate proposal creation across units ensure communication quality run client conversations and support pitch closure. Acts as the operational hub for everything that enters the agency through the front door.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline & Lead Management owning the full inbound leads pipeline end-to-end.
- Responsible for revenue forecasting and pipeline quality
- Client Communication -sending first-response emails runs discovery calls and and manages early Q&A. Ensures communication hygiene and premium-level professionalism.
- Proposal management - owns proposal creation end-to-end working with units to craft content and coordinate input. Ensures consistency quality and premium polish.
- New Business internal coordination - prepares internal reviews and follow up works to ensure alignment and pipeline predictability
- Prepares final client version proposals and secures proper handover process and unit on-boarding
- Proposals turnaround time and win rate of qualified proposals improvement focus
Hard Skills:
- 2 years of relevant experience within service industry as a plus
- Proven track record of success in new business / sales
- Fluency in English (B2 ) both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills with strong details focus
- Strong understanding of marketing products and project principles is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads manage pipelines and generate accurate sales reports
