Were looking for a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead our team in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs in our short-term Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton VA.
Your Role in Our Mission
The Program Supervisor oversees the administration and management of center-based services in the Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) ensuring high-quality care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Primary responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of staff coordination of admissions and transitions and implementation of day programming. The role also ensures compliance with state licensing monitors service documentation and manages claims and revenue collection. Communication is key - the Program Supervisor collaborates with clinical teams families and community partners.

- Competitive salary: $67000 - 73000 annually
