Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for the SCAYLE User Interface with a strong focus on customer order checkout and promotion modules and related data. The product serves as a central interface between multiple backend systems and is critical for both usability and business success.
What you will do
- Own and continuously develop the SCAYLE User Interface product areas (customer order checkout and promotion modules)
- Act as the main product contact for the development team including refinement sessions sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- Ensure a strong user-centric perspective by understanding user behavior and translating insights into product decisions
- Collaborate closely with developers QA and the Tech Lead on eye level
- Work with a shared UX resource within the unit to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience
- Align product initiatives with internal stakeholders and regularly communicate progress priorities and outcomes
- Take over people management responsibilities such as regular 1:1s feedback and personal development discussions
Qualifications :
Who you are
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in that field
- Strong technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with backend-driven development teams
- Ability to understand complex processes and data flows and to read and work with API specifications
- Experience with agile product development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Solid understanding of APIs and backend services
- Experience in building and evolving user interfaces for complex systems
- Openness and practical experience in using AI tools to support product work and decision-making
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with different stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce products and platforms
- Experience working in platform or system-driven product environments
- Previous exposure to scaling products or organizations
