Job Summary

Our Germany branch (Tianshi GmbH) located in Berlin is currently seeking Interns in Cutstomer Service.
Tasks
Internship Overview:
As a Customer Service Intern you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of our customer service operations. This hands-on experience is designed to develop your communication skills problem-solving abilities and understanding of customer service excellence in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to Tianshis networks across Europe via online and offline channelsOrganize prepare and actively participate in events meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of German English and Turkish
- strong communication skills
- excellent online/offline marketing skills
- Active motivated team player; able to work independently
- PC skills with the MS Office package
- Good Excel skills
